SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping & Returns Policy:
Adelaide Trailer Shop uses a range of shipping companies depending on size and distance of your order.
Orders may take several days to complete prior to shipping.
Adelaide Trailer Shop is in no way liable for any delay, loss of income or profit due to late or non shipping of items.
PO boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address.
Please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery of goods.
In the event that you are unable to accept delivery, goods will be delivered to the closest depot to you at your cost.
No weekend or after hours delivery is available.
NOTE: Larger deliveries (pallet size) will require delivery to a business address with forklift facilities.
Adelaide Trailer Shop offers a guarantee on all of its products under Australian Consumer Law.
We will offer to replace any item if it is found to be faulty.
We will offer to refund any item if it is found to be not as advertised.
All items must be returned to Adelaide Trailer Shop at the customers expense before we offer a replacement or refund.
All returns must be authorised in writing by Adelaide Trailer Shop.
All item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the item.
If your return is approved, we will replace the item or initiate a refund via your original method of payment.
